holmes update

Dear wattson user We have released holmes V1.03.1a beta for PC and V1.03.1a.dng beta for MAC. This is an update on V1.03 which was noted for problems regarding missing data as well as extracting data into CSV (MAC user issue). This new version will not correct past missing data. Please note: 1. This is a beta version and one should not install unless the user is experiencing data loss problems 2. This is a beta version and one should not install unless the user is experiencing CSV extract problems if they are a MAC user 3. This is a beta version and one should not install unless the user would like to upgrade from V1.02. N.B. PRIOR TO INSTALLING V1.03.1a OR V1.03a.dng, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST SAVING YOUR DATA.DB AND PREFS FILES. You can find your data.db and prefs files (files used by holmes) here: PC: program files\diy kyoto\holmes\data Mac: applications:diy kyoto:holmes:data Vista users may have their data here: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramFiles\DIYKyoto\Holmes\data\data.db If you are a Vista user and you have more than one data.db file, then we suggest saving both data.db files to different locations. wattson setup application

Instructions: 1. Download the file "wattson setup", which can be found under Download/Software/Temporary holmes fix. 2. Connect your wattson to your PC. 3. Left click on "START" 4. Left click on "Find free port" (note: your wattson will normally be connected to the highest com port on your PC) 5. Left click on "Open port" 6. Left click on any of the buttons depending on what you want to do. Note: When deleting data, it may take a few minutes after the delete button is clicked before all the data is deleted.
