Wattson Solar Plus Warranty

Energeno Ltd warrant this product (Wattson Solar Plus) for a period of 5 years from date of purchase for all defects in workmanship or materials. All defective parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge.


To register for the 5 year warranty, email the following details to warranty@energeno.com within 30 days of purchase:

  • Contact Details (full name, address, email address, telephone number)
  • Place of Purchase

  • Date of Purchase

  • Serial ID (the 7 digit ID that is labelled on the packaging and also on the leg of the display, in the format ‘sxxxxxx’.) 

 

To obtain repair or replacement service under warranty, the customer must comply with the following conditions: 


1 / The product should be installed in strict accordance with instructions. Energeno Ltd will not accept liability for any damage or injury caused by mis-use or non-compliance with the instructions.


2 / Warranty will only be given where proof of purchase date is provided e.g. copy of the original invoice or receipt of purchase.


3 / This device must not be modified in any way.


4 / Replaceable batteries are specifically excluded from this warranty.


5 / The product was NOT attached to an electrical supply other than single phase 210V-240V 50HZ or three phase 400V-460V 50HZ


6 / Energeno Ltd will not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.


7 / Energeno Ltd reserves the right to change specifications or designs described in the manual without notice or obligation.

 

To obtain repair or replacement service under warranty, please follow our returns procedure.

Liberrty energy have installed the wattson today. Your warranty should start today.
